Shipping Instructions

 

For security purposes, please follow these instructions when shipping items to us:

 

  • Use JSJ INC as our business name on the shipping label (NOT Jim Saylor Jewelers);

  • Ship To Address:

  • Do not indicate on box/label that it is being shipped to/from a jewelry related business;

  • Do not indicate on box/label that the package contains jewelry;

  • Shipping from within the United States should be via United States Postal Service Priority Express Mail™ (NOT via Priority Mail™). If shipping internationally, please use a comparable, reliable shipping service with tracking;

  • Request "Signature Required Upon Receipt";

  • Property must be double boxed in nothing "smaller than a shoebox", padded with packing material and safely sealed with tape. We generally place the double boxed item inside large Priority Express Flat Rate or Tyvek envelopes provided by the US Postal Service. The package should be large enough that it would be difficult for someone to place it into a pocket;

  • Remember to include your return address on the outside of the package and your contact information, mailing address, phone number, email address, instructions, etc., on the inside of the package;

  • Notify us of shipping and anticipated arrival date.
